Did you know that hundreds of movies about hackers or hacking have been produced between 1954 and 2023? Maybe there is a little hacker in all of us. This article lists all of them. I lost count around the 90s.
How hunger works
Scientists looking into how hunger works stimulated a group of neurons in the brains of mice. They waited a little and then witnessed the mice hurling their bodies against a metal grate on the off chance that a pellet of food would fall in their mouths. Have you ever been so hungry? That goes beyond being "hangry."
This research may help us understand the brain's role in regulating human appetite and how and why weight-loss drugs like Wegovy and Ozempic work.
